Xbox not updating Live video xxx chat room

My recent players list doesn't seem to update at the moment on the console, with the last player showing as a day ago.

I was wondering if anybody else has this problem or knows a way to fix it.

Unfortunately, the Xbox Accessories app is only available for Windows 10.
