For one, the cylinder stop spring retaining screw is sticking way out from the trigger guard. From the limited view I have of it, I suspect it is not the right screw.

The S&W monograph should be molded into the stock circle.

If it is a screw with incorrect threads, let's hope whoever put it there did not strip the threads in the screw hole. The proper latch for your gun will have a figure 8 shape to it.
