Antonio "Tony" Chavez DUBLIN- Antonio “Tony” Chavez, 70, passed away early Tuesday morning December 26, 2017 at Reid Hospital in Richmond.
Antonio was born in Laredo, Texas on July 10, 1947.
Opportunities in employee benefit programs led to the formation of Planned Benefit Services (PBS) in 1973.
PBS grew to become one of Eastern Indiana’s largest companies specializing in employee benefits.
Rethia was born November 5, 1932, to Carl and Harriet Bush in East Pharsalia, New York.
His flower beds spread across selected acres surrounding their farm home.
Wayne and Jane opened their property to local groups who utilized garden tours to benefit local organizations.
Military honors will be provided by the Wayne County Honor Guard.
